The activities in this project are focusing on the exchange of knowledge.

Work Programme

PHASE 1
Preparatory activities in all Partner countries

• WP 01
  Preparatory & management activities, Sept 2020 – Oct 2022 (P1, FAIE).
• WP 02
  TPM1. 1st transnational meeting of all partners (kick-off meeting) in Bielsko-Biała, PL, Oct 2020 (P1, FAIE).
  Main focus: To meet the Partners, agree on rules for cooperation, prepare future works.

PHASE 2
Exchange of experiences and good practices
January 2020 – April 2022 (16 months)

• WP 03
  TPM2. 2^nd Transnational meeting of all partners (working meeting 1 – exchange of good practices in the field of adult education) in Riga, LV, Jan – Feb 2021 (P6, EFE).
  • Focus 1: European educational mobilities – Erasmus+ opportunities for all generations. EU citizenship rights facilitating lifelong learning in the EU. The European identity (FAEI, PL).
  • Focus 2: Foreign languages teaching and learning: models, approaches, methods. Cultural and linguistic Mediation (EOI, ES).
  • Focus 3: Organizing and running environmental education, promoting ecological lifestyle in the everyday life (EFE, LV).
• WP04
  Short-term joint staff training event 1, Madrid, ES, May-June 2021 (P2, EOI).
  Main focus: Experiencing & testing the first 3 training modules for more successful intergenerational learning: educational mobilities, Erasmus & European identity; language learning including Mediation; environmental education.
• WP 05
  TPM3. 3^rd Transnational meeting of all partners (working meeting 2 – exchange of good practices in the field of adult education) in Madrid, ES (after the training), May-June 2021 (P2, EOI).
  Main focus: Exchanging ideas for ways of implementing the methods/tools learned during the training 1 in each of the Partner organizations.
• WP 06
  TPM4. 4^th Transnational meeting of all partners (working meeting 3 – exchange of good practices in the field of adult education) in Athens, GR, Sept – Oct 2021 (P3, CHALLEDU).
  • Focus 1: Digital competences (including media literacy and critical thinking) – review of the internet tools/social media solutions supporting lifelong learning. Blended learning, distance learning, flipped learning; the best ways for upgrading digital competences of the adult educators (EIE, AT).
  • Focus 2: Game-based solutions supporting adult education for all generations. Education and fun. Education and inclusiveness (CHALLEDU, GR).
  • Focus 3: Intergenerational learning, intergenerational courses, workshops and activities planning, organization and leading (EduVita, IT).
• WP 07
  Short-term joint staff training event 2, Wiener Neustadt, AT, Jan-Feb 2022 (P4, EIE).
  Main focus: Experiencing and testing the second 3 training modules for more successful intergenerational learning: Digital competences & solutions; Game-based solutions; Intergenerational learning organizing & leading.

  TPM5. 5^th Transnational meeting of all partners (working meeting 4 – exchange of good practices in the field of adult education) in Wiener Neustadt, AT (after the training), Jan-Feb 2022 (P4, EIE).
  Main focus: Exchanging ideas for ways of implementing the methods/tools learned during the training 2 in each of the Partner organizations.

PHASE 3
Summary & Recommendations
May-Aug 2022 (6 months)

• WP 09
  TPM6. 6^th Transnational meeting of all partners (summary meeting) in Lecce, IT, May-June 2022 (P4, EduVita).
  Main focus: Developing an outline for the Final Recommendations and the Exit Strategy.
• WP 10. Developing Final Recommendations for more inclusive intergenerational adult education and the Exit Strategy, Jul-Aug 2022 (P1, FAIE).

EBI/EIE involvement

The EBI/EIE will focus on modern training frameworks like Flipped Learning 3.0.

The tasks of the EBI/EIE will be:

• Coordination of the WP07
  Short-term joint staff training event 2 (LLT) in Wiener Neustadt, Austria.
• Leading one of the training days, training 2, focussed on digital competences & Flipped Learning 3.0.
• WP08.
  Fifth transnational meeting of all partners, transnational working meeting 4 – exchange of good practices in the field of adult education – Wiener Neustadt, Austria (just after the training).
  Main focus: Exchanging ideas for ways of implementing the methods/tools learned during the training 2 in each of the Partner organization.
